Your First Visit
Please arrive 10 minutes early to your first appointment so you can fill out a New Patient form. You also have the option to complete the form before your appointment.
Initial Examination
Your dentist will review your medical and dental history and complete a dental exam. Your gums, teeth, bite and jaw will be examined, then you will receive an oral cancer screening and X-rays.
Treatment Planning
Based on your history and the findings from your examination, your dentist will develop a personalized long-term dental treatment plan for you. Your dentist will also take the time to answer any questions you have about your dental health and treatment options.
Insurance & Payment
At Big Bay Point Dentistry, our staff is happy to help you navigate our options for payment and insurance so you can focus on achieving your dental health goals.
Insurance Claims
We can direct bill your insurance company and our administrative team is happy to assist you in getting a better understanding of your insurance coverage.
Payment Methods
The full treatment cost must be paid at the time of your dental appointment. Our clinic accepts payment by cash, debit, or most major credit cards. If you have any questions about payment methods or payment options don't hesitate to reach out and contact us before your appointment.

Do you offer appointment reminders?
In the days before your appointment, you will receive automated phone, text or email appointment reminders, depending on your preferences. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us as soon as possible to let us know.

Do you provide services in any languages other than English?
Yes, our office is able to provide dental services in several languages including English, Romanian, Polish, German and Arabic.
